Variation to Parking Charges
It was agreed by the Environment Committee of Arun District Council on the 17TH November 2021 that the proposal to vary the parking charges and introduce new charges should be put out for consultation.
Therefore notice is hereby given that the Arun District Council in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers, propose to vary the car parking charges and introduce new car parking charges as shown on the attached schedule. Such variation and introduction of new charges to take effect from the 1st April 2022.
If you wish to comment on the proposed charges please let me have your comments via E Mail by the 14th January 2022. Any Comments will be included in the report to be considered by the Environment Committee before a final decision is made.
