THE PIG-in the South Downs opens its doors in September

Along the coast in West Sussex, the Grade II-listed Madehurst Lodge near Arundel was acquired in 2018. we are now very excited to share that THE PIG-in the South Downs, near Arundel in West Sussex, will be finally opening its doors in September!

Set within the small hamlet of Madehurst, high up on the South Downs, it is just 4 miles from the beautiful, ancient market town of Arundel with its medieval Castle and meandering streets, and a stone’s throw away from historic Petworth, the yachting playground of Chichester, with no shortage of independent shops, antique galleries, and delicious watering holes and the vibrant and buzzy scene of Brighton.

As with every PIG, the kitchen gardens and restaurants will be the beating heart of the newest member of the litter. Anything that can’t be grown in the gardens will be sourced from the best producers within a 25-mile radius.

*Bookings will be opening in late May*

So keep your eyes peeled and sign up below for more updates and announcements – and get planning your late summer staycation or autumn getaway to our new home in West Sussex!
