Sussex Coast Talking News (SCTN) is the talking newspaper for the for the blind and visually impaired along the Sussex coast, and including Arundel, from Bognor Regis to Shoreham. SCTN is a registered charity and was formed in 1975 to help blind and visually impaired listeners keep in touch with what is going on in their area.
