Arundel Farmers Market

Come to Arundel Farmers Market on the 3rd Saturday of every month, 9 am to 1 pm, for fine British food and artisan produce.

Discover local growers, bakers, meat, poultry, flowers, plants and all kinds of food and drink makers who come to sell their produce direct to you. Arundel Farmers Market has a great reputation as a friendly market offering an excellent range of high quality local produce.

Road closures/traffic management

The lower High Street is closed to traffic on market day from 06:00-15:30 from the junction with Tarrant Street down to the Swan Hotel and the mini-roundabout by the Post Office/Mill Road.

There is a temporary two-way traffic flow along the quayside, which allows access to Crown Yard car park.  Mill Road car park and Arundel Lido car park are open as usual.

Marshals are on hand at each road closure barrier to assist if needed.

Buses

The High Street bus stop is temporarily suspended on market days and buses will reroute up Queen Street, turn around in the Mill Road car park and pick up passengers opposite the Coop.

High Street parking bays

Please note that parking bays in the High Street around the War Memorial, opposite the Swan Hotel and outside McColl's newsagent are not in operation for the duration of the road closure (06:00-15:30), to ensure the safety of pedestrians, traders and allow access for emergency vehicles. It is kindly requested that residents and visitors do not park here overnight, or are prepared to remove their vehicles by 06:00 on market day.

WESTBOURNE MOTORS WILL TOW AWAY CARS PARKED IN THE CLOSED OFF SECTION OF THE HIGH STREET WHICH WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF £150 PLUS VAT - THIS WILL BE PASSED ON TO THE OWNERS.

• A current Hygiene Certificate (food producers only)
• Public Liability Insurance certificate
• Product & Employers Liability Insurance certificate
